Two players to a ball. Players pass back and forth to each other. On coaches' command whoever has the ball aat their feet takes other player on and tries to dribble between cones for a goal. Once goal has been scored, pass back and forth again. If defending player steals, then attack a goal.
CPs: vision, change of direction, encourage the change of pace and escape touch, seal defender after they are beaten

1. Allow players to be creative and dribble on their own using different fakes and feints.
2. Give players direction on coaches command: toe taps (forward backward), foundation (forward backward), inside outside (right left), pattern dribbling using both feet
3. Ask players to demonstrate a move and give it a name- no more than four. Players move freely around grid and when they hear the name, they do said move
4. Change of pace, change direction- high intensity to finish exercise
