Instructions:
A passes to C. C rolls passive defnder B with outside of foot and plays to D. D beats A with a Scissors and dribbles to endline where they perform a U-turn. Process repeats.
Roation: A - B - C - D.
Coaching Points:
Player C
- Check away to create space
- Check to ball to receive
- Body side on, feel for defender
- Receive ball on foot furthest from pressure
- Weight and direction of touch
- Quality of end product
Player D:
- Quality of Scissors and U-turn (Timing, execution, touch to beat passive defender)
Progressions:
- Use Inside foot to roll defender (disguise)
- Protect ball with a touch to one side to open the passing lane, D finds the lane, and then beat the defender with an L-turn-U-turn.

Instructions:
Set up as before. C and B are now playing live 1v1 in centre of area. D and A are now playing live 1v1 on the way back. game must start with a straight pass with the defender goalside.
Coaching Points:
- Create space by checking away
- Communication (feet)
- Body position (half turn)
- Choice of touch based on defender's position (tight or loose)
- Moment to 'flick' the ball around the corner if pass is hit with pace
- End product (ball into target)
Progression:
Keep score and play a promotion/Relegation format.

Organization:
4v4 plus a GK. One goal wins the game. 2 minute maximum. Winners keep possession of the ball after a goal.
