Organization:
Split group into 4 sides
Time:
2 min each progression
Instruction:
- Play the pass and move to other side
Progressions:
I) Two touch right foot
II) Two touch left foot
III) Make combination pass on one side only
IV) Headers on one side only

4 minutes both rounds (2 min each direction)
Instructions:
- Player 1 dribbles to the middle performs a skill move and then an immediate skill turn and passes to the next person in line.
- All 4 lines need to go at the same time

Rotation: Move to the opposite side
Time:
2 Rounds (Change skills each round)
4 minutes each round (2 min each direction)
Instructions:
- Player 1 dribbles to the middle performs a skill move and then an immediate skill turn and passes to the next person in line.
- Next person in line opens off the cone onto an angle and plays a bounce pass back to player 1 into space
- Player 1 moves into space, receives the ball and plays a pass across to the other side.
- All 4 lines need to go at the same time.

Instructions:
- Player 1 dribbles to the middle performs a skill move and then an immediate skill turn and passes to the next person in line.
- Next person in line opens off the cone onto an angle and plays a bounce pass back to player 1 into his feet
- Player 1 drops off into space, receives the ball and plays a bounce pass with player 2
- Player 1 receives the ball again and plays across to player 3
- All 4 lines need to go at the same time.

Split group into three lines.
Instructions:
- Moving from red cone to red cone performing dynamic movements
- 10 dynamic movements performed twice each
Progressions:
- Move to the blue cone on the right then to the red cone on the left (Jog, Skip, Sprint)
