Organization: 40x40 Square (3v3 (#6,8,10) inside the middle) Back four plus striker around the outside.
Instructions: Touch restriction for players around outside to encourage movement in the middle happening as the ball travels. Game is initially played and won if team can find striker from any player in the middle or directly from either center back (On the ground). 3 Minute game and rotate players as you see fit. Players playing primarily where they would find themselves in the game. Encourage playing through the lines and breaking lines to go forward.
If defenders win they try to score at either counter goal.
Progressions:
- Allow striker to turn and finish with second touch.
- Allow wide player to play striker but must be a set to a third man runner without a recovering - defender to encourage runners to go forward as the ball is played forward. Add recovering defender once they understand the concept.

Organization: 6-8 players per group. Cones set up in a diamond, two cones set up at each to repicate width of defender.
Instructions:
Pass and follow. Can play to whoever you want, but other three must move every single time, no matter where it is played.
