Setup: 30 x 30 area, balls, pinnies, cones. This game should end with the players playing predominantly one and two touch, without the coach having to put those restrictions on the game. Very little dribbling/turning.
Activity: 4 Reds v 4 Blues, + 3 Neutral Yellows. No player is restricted in where they can go. The key to success for the team in possession ( Whites at the moment ) is to maintain their discipline and stay roughly between the two cones as indicated. This way the player with the ball will have more options. More triangles are created and the 4 defenders ( Blues at the moment ) should struggle to regain possession. As soon as the defending team make a regain the game continues and they should make their way to the gaps between the cones as quickly as possible.Variation: [1] add goals to attack for team who wins the ball, [2] limit touches

Setup: Size of grids may vary, at least 6/8 players involved in each grid, one player at each central cone and one player at each wide cone [balls, cones, sticks/manequins].
Sequence: Â [1] A plays to B who lays the ball back, A plays out to C who then plays a wall pass around outside cone with B. C should check properly to set up space to work into. Should all be one touch. A to B, B to C, C goes behind D. [2] D plays to E who lays the ball back, D plays the ball through to F who has checked back before making run forward. D to E, E to F, F behing A.

Sequences: [1] A plays to B who lays the ball back to A, B spins in the opposite direction of where he played it and spins around the gate. A plays the ball out to C who then plays the ball to B on other end of gate. B plays the ball to the other line. A moves to C, C to B and B to back of D. [2] D plays the ball to E who lays the ball back. F checks centrally and D plays the ball forward to F. E checks under F to recieve the lay off, and plays a through ball to the next line. D to F, F to E, E to behin A.

Setup: Size of grid can vary based on number of players involved in game [balls, pinnies, cones, goals]
Activity: 5 passes equals goal, after first 3 goals, teams can now also score by stopping the ball on their attacking half endline between the yellow and red cone and they will keep the ball or by scoring in the mini goal placed in their attacking half.

Set up: half field or 40x30 Area, play with two goal keepers
Activity: two defenders defend against three attackers.If the two defenders win the ball, two more attackers join in on the breakaway/counter to opposite goal; switch sides.
Coaching: Attack with speed. You are numbers up only briefly in a game. Take advantage, Mental speed - attack to defense & defense to attack mindset.
