Organization:
Gates with one color on the outside and another on the other side. 2 players per gate and they each have a ball
Instructions:
1) Players dribble to one of the cones and perfrom an L turn and then dribble to the other and perform one there. Continue until time is called.
2) Players dribble to one of the cones and perfrom an V turn and then dribble to the other and perform one there. Continue until time is called.
3) Players now have to go back and forth as many times as they can in 30 seconds using l or v turn
4) Only one player has the ball and now must cross over one of the lines befrore the defender

Instructions:
Attacker try to score in either goal. The one cloest to the defenders is worth 2 point and the far one is worth 1 point. If the defender wins the ball they are awarded 1 point
Coaching Points:
1st touch at speed
Reading positioning of the defender in relation to the open goal
If the defender is moving quickly can you change direction to score in the 2 point goal?
How many moves to score a goal? 2? 1? or none?
Do you need a lot of space to score?
