Area: 30x30 (zones = 15x15)
- Play starts with 4v2 (Blue vs. Red) - 2 red can only defend on the line(s)
- Blue looks to get 5 non-consecutive passes and then can play Green.
- If successful, Blue has to run to any of the open zones, Red then goes to defend Green (illustrated).
- If unsuccessful, (i.e. Red regains possession and plays Green) Blue goes to defend Green, and Red runs to any of the open zones.
- All restarts with server playing the team still in possession.
- Play 2 mins: team defending at time owes something (pushups, etc)

4v4 Conditioning Game: Field: 33x20
Set 1: Six 1-minute games, with 1-minute rest between games
REST 4 minutes between sets
Set 2: Six 1-minute games, with 1-minute rest between games
- Uninterupted Play: Coach within the run of play only. No stoppages. Keep balls available for restarts.
NOTE: You can have 2 seperate games going! Inactive players should be doing fitness specific to game demands on the side. Make sure to switch players in and out between each game and not during.
- Make sure to lead team through a proper cool down to end training.
