1. Get your body in a position to strike
2. Angled approach
3. Non-kicking foot beside the ball
4. Head over the ball
5. Select Surface & Strike: E.g. Laces, Inside.
6. Follow through
7. Accuracy(and Aim)

Organisation

Players line up behind blue cone, ball for every Player.
Players dribble through red gates and take a shot at goal.

Progression

Add Goal keeper.

Shoot with Weaker foot.

Organisation

Players Line up behind Blue Cones Depending on Preferred foot.

5 different shooting scenarios - A/A1, B, C, D.

Players must complete as many rounds as possible within 2 minutes.

A - Dribble through Cones and take shot.

A1 - Same as A different side.

B - Player faces Passing player, Passing player passes either side of mannequin, Player must be on toes and react to which way pass goes, follow and take shot.

C - Player passes ball into box for Player to take Shot.

D - Player crosses ball for player to volley/header.

Progression

Use Weaker foot.

Add Defender instead of Mannequin

Decrease Time Limit.

Limited Touches.

Regression

Remove goal Keeper.

Unlimited Touches.
