Boxes Duels

Duel A

Two players playing 1v1

-players have to run from their corner to the other one ,run true there goal and try to be first on the ball in the middle of the field .

-then 1v1 starts person can score only with carrying the ball true the small goals

-option for advance groups after the score they keep the ball possition and have to score at the other side goal

Duel B

-players have to run from their corner to the other one ,run true there goal and try to be first on the ball in the middle of the field .

-players at second positions start with 5 seconds delay

-then 2v2 starts person can score only with carrying the ball true the small goals

-option for advance groups after the score they keep the ball possition and have to score at the other side goal

Duel C

Coach decides is it a 2v1 or 2v2 game and where players have to try to carry(score Blue or Red cone)

-option for advance groups if in 2v1 the defender gets the ball he can activate the second player by passing the ball to him crearing 2v2

-option for advance groups in 2v2 play best of 3 with a variation that when they score one side that side becomes there side so goal is on the other one.

Team Read or white passes the ball and games starts

Duel D

start up the same like drill A

-players have to run from their corner to the other one ,run true there goal and try to be first on the ball in the middle of the field .

When the score they pass the ball to the other side to there own player who starts 1v1 (player that scores passes and rests ,player that played defence stays in the field )

-option for advance groups after the score attacking 2v1

-if the defender is defeated 5 time he automaticly changes
