Organisation:
A.Push ball out of feet and strike at goal (unopposed)
B.Push ball out of feet and strike at goal (opposed by goalkeeper)
C.Push ball out of feet and strike at goal .keeper starts in line with post and can't moveuntil ball out of forwards feet.Attacking player therefore has short time in which to get shot off across keeper.

Organisation:
Two teams with players one each side of goal.goal scored by first time strike from a first-time pass by either of players at side of goal.players rotated after a few minutes.
