Players in pairs and drive ball to each other along floor between cones

Session Objective: To improve shooting skills
Organisation:
A.Push ball out of feet and strike at goal (unopposed)
B.Push ball out of feet and strike at goal (opposed by goalkeeper)
C.Push ball out of feet and strike at goal .keeper starts in line with post and can't moveuntil ball out of forwards feet.Attacking player therefore has short time in which to get shot off across keeper.
