Organization:
As above - same set up as athletic development activity but players now have a ball each
Instructions:
- Same activity as athletic development activity but with a ball
- Players now looking to score in either goal
- Must be in scoring zone before they can shoot
- If defender wins ball they counter attack the small goal at opposite end
Coaching Points:
- Awareness of defender
- Decision; continue forward or cut back inside - when and why
- Quality of move (timing, execution, exit touch)
Progressions:
- Switch sides after each round

Two groups - Minutes each round - 4 Rounds
15 Minutes
4 - 3 Minute tourney
Instructions:
Teams play 4v4 to both goals
Must be in the zone before scoring
Ball comes from servers on the outside (team that is off)

- Attacker scores by getting through either gate without being tagged
- Defender wins point by tagging attacker
- Swap roles after each attack

- Use of body to disguise intentions when changing direction
