Set Up: Triangle set up with ladder along one side, size may vary [balls, cones, ladders].
Organization: Two player at the point and others divided amongst the other two cones. All movements end with a distinct run back through the ladder to the cone where you started. [1] give and go, [2] up/back/through, [3] 3 man combination. Focus on the quality of the technique and maintaining technique at full speed.
Coaching Points: body activation, speed of thought and speed of play, technical warm up, proper running movements through ladders, communication.

Set Up: In a 20 x 40 yard area, it will be 5 v 5, with a midway line marked out as well as 5 yard end-zones at each end [Balls, cones, pinnies]
Activity: The red team will start in possession on one half of the field 4 v 3. In the opposite end-zone, there will be 1 red and 2 whites. The reds in possession look to keep possession and look for the right time to play into the red target who can check in to the area and start a 4 v 3 on the other side.
Progressions: [a] can add goals to attack to after a play forward, can adjust numbers and size of the pitch, [c] touch restrictions.

Set Up: Make a field 50 yards long by 40 yards wide, split into 2 halves. When in possession, it is 8v6, when possession is won, quickly transfer play back to the 2 players who haven't pressed the ball. When you lose possession, 6 of the 8 players will sprint up to press the ball and try to win it back to start again.
Progression: After winning possession, pass back into your own half, and try to make 4 passes inside the 8v6 box before moving to an 8v8 game to try and score. If possession is lost in the full field game, restart with the opposition in possession inside their own half with 8v6.
Coaching Points: [1] Press the ball at an angle to force play one way, body shape and foot position outside ball, [2] Force play into team mates, [3] Try to use a 2-3-1 shape – LS pressing (cutting field in half), 2 OM forcing play inside (no direct balls down channel) , 3 CM control the depth of space (get tight and send them back) [4] Anticipate what will happen ahead of time to press and intercept, [5] good communication among players.

Set up: 10-12 players, half the field, box in the middle ofd the field 5 x10 yards, field is split in two halves, 4 goals
Activity: play starts from the end red player, makes a pass out to one of the two defenders. The attacking white team that starts in the yellow box can put pressure on when the defender touches the ball. The defenders objectives is to quickly get the ball into the attacking players to create 3vs2. If it's not on the keep possesion until the opportunity presents itself. Once ball is played in the attacking zone it becomes a 3vs2, quickly attack the goal and take advantage of the extra player. If a goal is scored, the red attcking players must get back into the yellow box and wait till ball is played out from the white players. Anytime a goal is scored or ball goes out of bounds play starts from defensive zone,
Coaching Points: open up to receive the ball, good first touch, positive touch to where you want to go, quick decisions, move the ball quickly when you can, attacking players are moving off the ball to get into open postions to receive the ball from ther defenders, open up the space, be aware of offensive/defensive transition, score
