SET UP
-split teams into 2 groups
-2 boxes with pole or mannequin on inside and 1 player from each group standing awaiting pass
-every player in que has a ball
-shades area can be 1 cone or box of cones as the jail area
Action
- players in line go at same time and plays into shooter (player in the box)
-shooter take a touch inside or outside and shoots at goal
-passing player moves up and becomes shooter
-players must get there own ball back quick before next players are shooting
PROGRESSION 1
-once players have got the hang of it make it competetive
-NOW ON COACHES WHISTLE
-first player to get ball in the goal wins,he now gets to send the losing player to jailed area
-if a team has a player in jailed and scores first the coach will ask him if he wants to bail his team mates out or jail other player
- first team to get all opponents sent to jail win the point
