Play 11v11.
Matches start with a throwin on one side or the other. Focus on SPOA from throwin that leads to open play.
12' Matches, see depth chart for teams
- Playing ball backwards is the trigger for SPOA
- If unable to turn to SPOA yourself, play the way your facing to connect and trigger runs by playing backwards (Link players)
- Team shape to have players on/moving to the weak side in order to SPOA
- Creating overloads on the weak side by quickly attacking forward space after SPOA
- Cues of 1st attacker (either outside or center backs; no penetrating options)
- Cues of 2nd attacker (outside backs or center backs) recognizing this and beginning to peel away and then the weak side fullback/center back also recognizing and expanding to create width.
- Response of #6 and 8 to take up supporting roles
