Split player into 3 equal teams and give each team a number from 1-3 or 1-4 etc.
When coach calls a number, only the players that he calls go into the "attacking zone" and play either a 1v1 or 2v2.
In this example coach called out player 2

All players start at the same time.
Player dribble to cone (different parts of foot) then make a move and pass to the line on their right and follow their pass
Player in line '1' always lead the drill by saying 'GO' when every line is ready.
Player do different foot work and turn once they go back to where they started.
Examples of foot work and turns
1. Normal dribbling, pull back in front of cone then pass
2. Inside touches, double scissors in front of cone then pass
3. Roll overs, outside cut n front of cone then pass
4. Push Pull, outside dribble around the cone then pass
5. Inside outside, inside dribble around the cone then pass
You can always make them got the other way as well

Player runs in and out of cones, sprints to soccer ball (A) and dribbles across to other cone (B) and leaves the ball there. the next player in line does the same and take ball from B to A.
Then they can jump over cones, run backwards, jump on 1 feet, crawl (make it fun) and then they can decide what to do (creativity)
But ALWAYS dribble from A-B or from B-A

Finishing from Crosses (10 mins)
4v4 5v5 etc..(depending on numbers) inside the pitch
1 player from each team in the crossing zone (switch sides and players after 5 minutes)
Players in the middle can only score from a cross from the outside players.
Outisde players use their hands to cross the ball to their team mates
Players in the middle need to pass the ball to the player on the outside so that he can cross the ball to them.
Look for defending team to mark goalside, "eyes on the ball and the player", "our back to their goal" "stay with the player and anticipate the ball"
