5-6 GK's | 3 servers | 2 mannequins | 4 flat cones
GK recieves a pass from S1.
GK will look to take a touch and then pass out to S2.
After the GK passes to S2, he will then adjust his position across his goal.
S2 will take a touch then beat the mannequin and shoot on GK's goal.
After the shot from S2, then S3 will look to have a 2nd shot on goal from the location shown on the diagram.
VARIATION:
After the pass to the GK, S1 will run to pressure the GKs touch.
Coaching Points:
GK's angle of support for the pass from S1.
After the pass, movement across the goal should in a straight line to get positioned and set early for S2's shot.
Depth of GK's position from the goal line. Should GK be set closer to the goal line or further off the goal line for each shot?

GK shuffles through the cones and sets for a volley to the hands from S1.
After the catch S1 turns to face S2, S2 passes another ball to S1 then runs past the mannequin.
S1 will play the ball through for S2 to hit first time on goal.
VARIATION - Depening on the number of goalkeepers, add a 3rd server on a narrower angle from S2 who will have a shot on goal after S2's one time shot.
Coaching Points :
Worry about the volley from S1 before concern of S2's shot.
Wait and read the pass to S2 from S1 before making adjust of angle for S2's shot.
Should hand position be different for S1 and S2's shot because of the distance of the shot from goal?
GK needs to also be aware of set position and being balanced.
Exercise 1
5-6 GK's | 3 servers (S1 = Coach) | 2 flat cones | 1 hurdle
GK will set for a volley from S1.
After the catch, GK will jump over the hurdle with both feet and then sets quickly for S2.
S2 will serve a ball for a collapse dive save to the GK's left side.
GK reloads then sets in line with S3. S3 will serve a ball to the GK for a front smother.
