Organization:
- 2v2+2 Flying Changes w GKs
- 2 neutrals on sides to promote width and overloads, give lot of shooting opportunities
- When ball goes out, new players come in with ball
- Rotate neutrals on coach prompt (end of game, play to 5-10 goals)
- Keepers must shoot first time
Coaching Points:
- Take lots of shots
- Move ball quickly
- Open up body
- Shoot with laces
- Get shot on target
Progressions / Variations:
- Double points if you score with weak foot
- Double points if finish first time
- Double points if finish from wide possession
