Every player has a ball each and must be on a cone
Introduction to tread the grapes (players on the balls of their feet) and moving the ball with laces
Coach will indicate right or left, players must move to the first cone that direction
Then add numbered dribble move as well as direction (i.e #1 right = fake left take right)

Have players race, 1st one to call their name upon arriving to new cone after doing correct move.

1v1 - the defender must only move side to side between the cones, start the defender off with a ball in their hands, the defender must touch the attackers ball. If the defender touches the ball the attacker takes their spot. The old defender joins the attacking line in the other group. If the attacker is succesful they just join the next attacking line. Ball cannot roll out of the square after dribble move.
Have two groups running independently.
Small touches, dribble move, distance from defender, big touch, change of speed and change direction.
Progression is to have defender use the their feet instead of the ball touch.

Split group in two.
#1 - players go through ladders run a round cone and go 1v1 through 20x15 (player size dependent) channel. One line is attacking, trying to run out the other end without being touched by the defending player. Switch lines each time. Be mindful of mismatched pairings.
#2 - attacking player runs at defender and is encouraged to change direction. Cones are 10 yards to defender and 10 yards to each goal which are 10 yards apart. Attacker can go through either goal. Be mindful of players stuck on defense, maybe change defender after a few goes if unsuccesful at touching attacker
