Explanation - (If not enough players to run Sequence 1 x 2 grids)
Players are asked to pass through the star using one touch if possible - Left or right foot whichever is suitable.
Progression 1
Gradually build up speed
Progression 2
Once the 3rd pass is initiated the coach adds a second ball to build the intensity and PDE
Progression 3
P2 checks away from their cone, P1 passes the ball to P2 then follows their pass. P2 passes the ball into P3, P2 follows their pass. P3 passes to P1, P1 into P4, P4 will then pass to P3. The sequence is repeated around the cross

Explanation
Play 4 v 4 with other team playing wall pass around perimeter
Commence play at one end when coach plays the ball in front centre field. If the defender wins the ball he/she can score.
To score, a team must exchange one wall pass during possession with one of the players on either side of the grid.
Instruct the wall players to move up and down the line to offer support.
Ensure everyone has a turn at being a wall player and change opponents regularly.

6 v 6 Directional game. No Goalkeepers, corners, offsides or throw-ins.
When the ball goes out, it must be played in by the Coach.
Encourage movement up the narrow corridor through wall passes.
High tempo game with limited breaks in play.
Option - Add a large goal with keeper at both ends or one if applicable
Sequence 1
Grid Size 35m x 35m - Emphasis on a longer weighted pass
Start movement at Player A
Player A - passes to Player B and follows the pass
Player B - passes to Player C and follows the pass
Player C - passes to Player D and follows the pass and so on around the grid.
Follow your pass with a 75-80% sprint to the next cone
To increase complexity add another ball on the diagonal from Player A
