Coaching Points:-
1st defender
>> Make a decision which way to show attacker.
>> Curved run >> Close down early and quickly.
>> Sideways on body position >> Stay on feet.
>> Be aggressive.
2nd defender
>> Communicate to 1st defender where to show the attacker cover and be close to 1st defender if 1st defender beat.
3rd defender
>> Balance >> Communication and movements between defenders in pressure cover.

Warm up - Dynamic movements & Strechings + 5v2 (20 mins)
