Screen 1 (5 mins)

1ST PHASE DYNAMIC WARM UP -

ORGANIZATION

18 tall cones

6 grids 15 x 2 yards

5 players per group

DESCRIPTION FWAF(foot work agilkity forward) FWAL (Foot work agility lateral) both directions

The 1st player from each front line, will start by shuffling in and out of the cones, and accelerate to the end of the grid (15 yards acceleration) as soon this 1st player is half way out the 2nd player from each group will perform the same.

ACCELERATION AND RECOVERY BACK - FAST FOOT WORK AGILITY

Next activity, the 1st player from each front line will perform a STEP over the cones, and accelerate up, jogging his way back.

Once everybody perform that, we add lateral turns L/R, now the players will shuffling lateral between the three cones and accelerate to the pole, and cut (L) first, and accelerate to the end 15 yards, the second time around they will cut to the (R) pole.

The next serie will be with the cones on TRIANGLE SHAPE, so the players will shuffle lateral (L) (R) and move forward and accelerate to end, and jogging back.

Last we add two more cones at each roll ( making a SLALOM ), now they will shuffle forward quickly, and back pedal.

Take3 players from each line, and place them at the end of the 15 yards grid, one soccer ball.

The 1st players from each front roll will quickly shuffle between the cones and received a pass and pass back to the second player in line in front of him and take his place. 1 turn each and head to the second phase.

Screen 2 (15 mins)

BALL WORK - 5 minutes

2 grids of 40 x 40 yrds

15 players per group divided into groups of three(they will be partners)

They will initiate by find each other and circulating around the grid, short passes, and little by little they will be open up to long passing range.
