7 v 6 activity going to goal and use of target player. Create channels on outside of grid and have players move forward and back to support as well as provide width. The defensive team upon winning the ball or GK can find the target player to restart play. Restart will be at center circle. The attacking team needs to find the moment to attack goal and change the point of attack when nessesary as well as control the ball. Stretch the field and use the wide players for crosses. Attacking team works on support, mobility, width, creativity and improvisation to go to goal.
