Pattern is as above. After the front three shoot, the forwards recycle their runs and look to finish a cross from the right winger.

- Movement once ball goes wide to time runs

- Competition between all three groups

Organization:
- From previous activity remove middle line to open up area as shown
- Move mini goals towards the corners
- 12 Players (4 Attackers, 4 Defenders & 4 Support Players)
- 1 Ball (additional on outside)
Instructions:
- Teams play 4v4 inside the playing area. Attacking team aim to score in any mini goal.
- Before scoring attacking team must combine with at least one Support Player.
- Support Players can move anywhere along their endline & must play 1 touch.
- After set time rotate the team out.
Coaching Points:
- Movement off the ball to receive
- Quality & speed of pass. Keep possession
- Awareness of space & surroundings. Circulate the ball!
- Execution & Timing of Combination Moves
- Create triangles with support players; 3v2 overloads
- Attack at speed & finish!
Progressions:
P - Attacking team must make 4 consecutive passes before scoring (can include Support Player pass)
P - Winner Stays On!! First to score 2 goals wins & stay on the field!!

Instructions:
First pass is played square to LW, who drives centrally at middle cone/flag. Central player overlaps and RW makes a forward run to get in behind the cone/flags. Ball carrier can slip either player in who can then finish first time or cut the ball back for a teammate to finish.
Coaching Points:
- Check before receiving first pass
- Drive with speed with the ball
- Timing of pass (commit defender)
- Shape and speed of runs to get ahead of the ball (stay onside)
- Communication (hold, through)
- Quality of pass (timing, weight, accuracy, disguise)
- Continue runs to support next phase of play
- Finish
- Rebounds
Progressions:
- Play for 4 minutes. Most goals wins
