Player 1 passes to Player 2, who can score by dribbling through either gate.
Player 1 defends as soon as he passes the ball, and can score if he regains the ball.
Once game completed, join other line (e.g. defender becomes attacker for next game)
Max. of 5-6 players per field.

Co-ordination techniques - skipping, hopping, jumping, slaloms, sides-steps, backwards, high/low 5s, forward rolls, 5 yard sprints, changes of direction, etc.
Progressions
Knockout - 1 ball each, must kick other balls out and defend your own.
