Shooting Progression
Each player has a ball. 105 seconds per activity
Opposite players make a diagonal pass to one another and shoot the opposite ball.
Progression 1: Slotted far post
Progression 2: Slotted near post (open hips)
Progression 3: Laces for power
Progression 4: Ball tossed two-handed underhand for volley
Player behind makes pass as instructed
Progression 5: Pass through legs for straight on shot
Prorgression 6: Ball thrown over head for straight on volley

Shooting Game - 4v4+1
Game is played 4v4+1 with extra players off. Player is replaced on a shot that misses the target or loss of possession.
Progression 1: Shoot anytime
Progression 2: Shot after 4 passes, broken line or combination
Progression 3: 1v1 with goalkeeper after 4 passes, broken line or combination

Set up: 2 Goals. 36x44 yard field
Organization: 3 teams of 4 with two goalkeepers
Activity: Teams play 4v4+4 plus GK to goals. Games of 3 minutes or 1 goals.
