Sit up progression (5 mins)

Coach feeds to keeper that is static on floor lying flat arms out stretched. Coach feeds to keeper as comes up into sit up position Keeper takes ball with 'W' catch, holds for second, throuws back to coach and then goes back to starting position. Repeat for set number of times.

PROGRESSION: Coach feeds with two balls alternating the sides to which keeper has to take ball. non-stop movements. Make sure keeper throws ball back to coach aiming for center of coaches chest.

ALTERNATE: Two keepers sit facing each other and interlock legs at knees. Players sit up together at same time passing the ball between them.
