Instructions
Player A plays to Player B who takes his touch up the line, Player B then makes a diagonal run ahead of the attacker who performs the Ronaldo Chop in behind the defender.
Coaching Points
1. Touch out of feet to attack the space
2. Head up after every touch
3. Recognition of defender recovering from behind
4. If defender gets ahead of player, look to perform Ronaldo Chop
5. If defender is slow recovering then look to cut in front of defender
Progressions:
1. Defender looks to win the ball as soon as the attacker takes his 1st touch
2. Defender can now move as soon as they pass the ball

Instructions
Player on the end cone is the passing player and looks to pass to either player, the player who receives the ball is the attacker and is looking to score, the other player is the defender.
Coaching Points:
1. Receive on back foot
2. 1st touch ahead to attack the space
3. Head up after every touch
4. Recognition of defender, can you get across them to get central to goal.
5. Positive attitude to shooting
Progressions
1. Player who passes the ball now joins to make a 2 vs 1 if the attacker is slowed down by the defender

Instructions:
Rules are that if you give the ball away you have to touch the oppositions goal before you can re-enter the game.
Coaching Points:
1. Recognition of space on the field to penetrate quickly
2. Positive attitude to exploit space quickly
3. Quality of technique to exploit space quickly
4. Recognition of any recovering defenders on the field
5. Positive attitude to shooting
Progressions:
1. Players are not allowed to pass to the ball forward on the field

Instructions:
Players look to run with the ball as quick as possible from one end of the area to the other. Player's go 1 at a time and the next player doesn't go until the 1st player makes eye contact with them on the opposite line.
Coaching Points:
1. Touch out of feet to accelerate
2. Head up after touch and after every touch thereafter
3. Touch ball with laces
4. Take touch with foot that is in stride
5. Smaller touches as approach end line
6. Ball out of feet and head up after turn so that the next player can go
