3 Team transition
Defensive transitions to press and deny penetration
Attacking team attempts to connect a pass string of 5 then switch to POA to opposite team in the free grid.
Defending team presses and denys play with 3 defenders. If attacking team successfully switches POA the other 3 players become the defenders and immmediately press upon ball entering free grid.
If defending team wins possession and successfuly switches POA to free grid they switch to attacking team and the team that loss possession will become new defending team.
Attacking teams can only score points after connecting the pass string and switching POA successfully.
