Set up

Each player with a Soccer ball

Instructions

The One Bounce Juggling Challenge

Players start the juhggle with 1 bounce, then takes 1 touch, then lets the ball bounce again, then takes 2 touches, then lets the ball bounce once again, then takes 3 touches,

Challenge players to set their own new recrod.

Emphasis

Players try to improve their touches, suppleness, control and foot-eye coordination by juggling.

BU8's ADP Week 2 Gym Night (15 mins)

Set Up

All players with a soccer ball, 4 cones in the middle of the grid, Divide players into 4 groups

Instructions

On coaches command, players dribble out to the cone, perform a turn and return to their starting points, when they reach the starting point the next person in line goes.

Players who are waiting in line must perform perform Shuffles/Bells

Perform Pull turn, inside/outside cuts when reaching the middle cones.

Emphasis

Close Control, one touch of the soccer ball to every two steps, Players must not chase after the soccer ball after every touch.

BU8's ADP Week 2 Gym Night (15 mins)

Set Up

Groups of 3-4 each player with a soccer ball. Each group has a row of 5 cones about 1 meters apart and then a 6th cones 3 meters beyond.

Instructions

Players dribble through the cones with a variety of touches then race to the last cones, performs a turn and then returns to back to the starting line, then the next players goes.

Players waiting in line perform Sole taps to keep them focued.

Using the inside/outside of both feet,
