Instructions: - players score by playing both target players, targets can play each other only after pass from inside players

Progressions: - touch limit - 2 touch
- if both players in central area combine and score = 2 points

- 4v4 or similar in area with each team having a target players/bumpers
Instructions: - play 4v4 to targets
- players score by playing both their target players - first to 5
Coaching Points: - looking to penetrate first
- forcing play (when to penetrate?)
- create gaps to penetrate by moving ball quickly
Progressions: - player passing ball to target switches with that target player
- outside players can come in middle when receiving pass to create overloads (5v4s)
- add goals
