Organization:

Possible variations/progressions:
-different locomotion (skipping, running, side-stepping, backwards shuffling, etc)
-different coloured gates required specific movements
-add stability - balancing - one leg, plank, etc

Organization:

-play starts with one team's player passing diagonally across to the opposition and moving to close them down. The player receiving the ball will start to dribble, the other two team mates that were off the ball both make runs around the side of the game and in - no creating 2v2. A goal is scored when a team mate passes the ball through a gate (either direction) to their team mate to control.
Possible variations/progressions:
-start 1v1
-have different gates count for different points

-good movement without the ball to be in position to receive the pass
