Football/Soccer Session (Difficult): GU15 Pre Florida

Begin two dynamics with Amelia and Cronan leading 

then a stretching circle

4 v3 

Activity1 White team has advantage playing 4v3 in the middle. Players in the middle have no touch restriction. Players on the outside must play 1 touch. Outside players can no play each other.

If teal win it they play out to a teal. New ball comes in.

Eventually switch so teal are 4v3

Part 2

Add the transition. If white have the 4 in the middle they play out and if the player can play back in one touch thats a goal. If the team of 3 win it they must play an answer player and now that player can dribble in or pass in and enter. The team of 4 must lose a player. Now teal look to score points.

Part 3 

If you have the 4 in the middle and play to an outer play that plays back in one touch your team can now go to goal until it breaks down, must then find an outer player again.

Part4 play 5v5 with 5 bounce players who are on one touch.

End with a cool down
