Size-
red cone to first mannequin 15m
1st mannequin to far mannequins 15m, 5m wider than central mannequin
Adjust sizes if needed
1- Player on red cone passes to first player on mannequin who turns with ball and plays to end man. End man performs a 1-2 around mannequin before dribbling ball back to end of line
Every one moves one spot forward.
2 balls going at same time left and right
2- Player on red cone passes to first player on mannequin who bounces ball back, first player then plays long pass into end man who plays 1-2 with central player around mannequin before dribbling ball back to end of line.

Player on red cone this time plays long to deepest player, player on first mannequin must make movement towards red cone to begin and then spin out to receive bounce pass from far man.
1-2 around mannequin as per progressions 1 and 2

Organisation:
Set up as above, 3 equal groups
2 teams play in possession one defending
Defending team press for 2-3 minutes
If the win the ball back they try and score.
If they score 3 goals before the time is up they can stop pressing
Rotate roles after time is up or defending team score 3 goals

Crosser becomes finisher in middle
Finishers get two shots each, finisher joins line at base line
