Organization:
30x20 or 35x25 yd grids (flexible) set up on flank at top of penalty box
Goal set up in the corner closest to the penalty box
End zone (blue) stretching from the corner or the penalty box to the side line
2 counter goals at half line
Instructions:
4v4
Attacking team in blue scores by dribbling over the blue end zone line for 1 pt or scoring in the pugg goal for 2pts
Defending team gets 1pt for scoring in the counter goals.
If the ball goes out any other boundary the attacking team restarts at half line.

Blue team in 4-2, Defending team in 2-3
Dribbling end zone as before on the flanks and 2 angled goals 4 yards behind the penalty box line.
2 counter goals
Instructions:
Attackers (Blue): End zone worth 1 pt, Center goals worth 2
Defenders: 1pt, Counter goals worth 1 pt
