Instructions:
3 times 3 minutes
After every 3 minutes loser punishment
Connect 4 passes and then progress to next square
Can progress by playing the ball to a player that makes a run (midline offside line)
Defenders can score a point by regaining the ball and dribbling out the square

Instructions:
White needs to prevent, by good press and cover, blue from playing the target or dribbling through the red gates. When white regains the ball they can score by dribbling through the blue gates or by playing the ball to the target ones crossing the blue midline (blue cones). The targets will immediately start playing with opponent.
4 times 4 minutes after every 4 minutes loser punishment
Coaching Points:
Proper bodyshape and footwork
Timing and speed of run when pressing, slow down on time
Support and cover the player that presses the ball, only press in your own zone, when ball uncovered

2 targets & 1 neutral
Instructions:
Blue playes towards yellow target
White plays towards green target
Ones targets get the ball they immediately play with opponent
Every time you get the ball to the target its a point
4 times 4 minutes

Coaching Points:
Quick reaction to the losing ball
Compact first, force, recognize cue and press aggressive to regain the ball
No fake defending / pressing, tackle/block!!

1 field with 2 big goals, 1 field with small goals and 2 end zones
Make 4 teams of 5 field players
2 GK stay on the field with big goals
Instructions:
Play 5 games of 4 minutes
Winner stays / go's to field with 2 big goals
Loser punishment after every game
