Head Catch
Rules and Conditions
The group break into small groups of 5 or 6. One person stands in the middle of a circle with the ball, they are the server. The server throws the ball into a player and while the ball is in the air calls head or catch. The player must do the opposite of what their team mate calls. Then move around the circle to the next person. Last one standing wins. Play again.

Set Up
2x2 yard square made up of 4 different color cones. Cones to mark an end line 10 yards from the box. Pinnie to be tucked into the runners shorts on one of the sides (hip).
Rules and Conditions
5 or 6 groups. One player (runner) stands inside the box of cones with a pinnie tucked into their shorts on one side (hip). The other player (chaser) lies on their back with their head closest to the box. The chaser should be 5 yards away from the box. The coach calls two colors. The runner must pick up the two colored cones called and sprint 10 yards to the end line. The chaser must roll over and sprint to catch the runner. They catch the runner by pulling the pinnie that's tucked into the runner's short (on the hip). Put the cones back and next pair goes.

Set Up
Square 30x30. split into 4 quadrants. Goals in each corner
Rules and Conditions
5v5+5, players with the numbers play possession. They must try to make 10 passes in a quadrant without losign the ball to win. They can move the ball to any quadrant they want at any time. The defending team is to try and win the ball and then score in any goal.

Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics. Use resistance bands for strength development and Post Activation Potentiation.
