Organization: 15x10 field divided in half. On either side is one defender and two attackers.
Instructions: Upon winning the ball, the defender must pass across halfline to one of his two attackers who receive and attempt to turn toward goal.
Coaching Points/Questions: Check wide to receive. Open body shape to receive. Receive on back foot. Directional/positive first touch. Go to goal if possible. Head up. Communication. Close ball control. Anticipate attacking transition.
Regressions/Progressions: P: Remove second attacker and go 1v1 in both halves. R: (at least) one attacker is not allowed to pressure the solo defender as he tries to pass upfield.

Organization: 30x20 field with a half line. half of both teams' players are split evenly between both halfs.
Instructions: Players must always stay in their zones except when a defending players passes across the halfline to a teammate; in that case the defending player may enter the attacking zone, creating a 3v2. That player must retrun to his half once his team loses possession.
Receiving player may pass back into the defensive half if there are no options.
Coaching Points/Questions: Players off the ball should look to check wide or into space. Check your shoulder. Receive on back foot. Open the hips when receiving. Directional first touch. Go forward quickly
Regressions/Progressions: P: Receiving attacking player may no longer pass back into his defensive half.
Warm Up
Organization: 15x15. Half team stationed outside square, other half inside. One ball per inside player.
Instructions: Inside players pass to outside players. Outside player receives, inside players make a run to space and outside player returns the pass. Must pass to a different outside player every time. Players may not leave the area or bump into one another.
One point per successful pass and reception. Minus five points if they dribble out of bounds or bump into someone.
Coaching Points/Questions: Receive on back foot. Directional first touch. Keep hips open when receiving. Head up when looking for options and looking for defenders. Close ball control. Accurate passing. Timing of runs into space.
Regressions/Progressions: P1: Now when inside players pass to outside players, they don't wait for return pass but instead look to receive from a different player on the outside.
P2: Add a defender who can steal ball and go to goals in the corners.
