Organization:
6 mannequins set up as in picture about 10-12 yd away from each other. 2 balls - one on each end. 2 players starting on each end & then 1 player next to each mannequin. Keeper is involved by utilizing feet (mannequins) & hands (on the end cones).
Rotation:
- Players follow their pass
Progression:
1)Players begin by checking into & then away from mannequins to receive ball on upfield foot
2) Players receive ball on back foot & take to upfield foot to play on
3) Players check in front of mannequin to turn & play to inside & up
4) Player playing into last pass can look to shoot.
Coaching points:
- Recieve with the back foot
- Check off cone
-Communication verbally, eyes up, hands showing what foot.
-Sell the turn
-Accuracy of pass to correct foot

Organization:
4v2 or 5v2 quadrangular as set up above.
3 or 4 blue plus keeper if available (or field player) on outside. 2 yellow defending inside
Instructions:
Blue team attempts to keep possession. Scores on every 6 or 7 passes or whenever a pass successfully splits the yellow team.
If yellow wins the ball they try to dribble out of box. (can progress to attempting to score)
Coaching Points:
Look to receive on the back foot with an open body shape to play forward immediately
If pressed look to move ball back with one touch
All players moving and adjusting their angles of support as the ball moves with EVERY pass
Speed of play
Quality of pass (ball should fizz)
Goalkeeper show with an open hand where the ball should be delivered
Progressions/Regressions:
1) keeper can only use feet
2) keeper is to use hands/ bowling pass
3) keeper to use hands/side throw/over throw

Blue team attempts to combine and find the target player or dribble into wide end zones to score
Coaching Points:
Combinations and options to find the target or dribble to end zone.
Can we combine with #6, 2 or 3?
Look to receive on the back foot with an open body shape to play forward immediately
If pressed look to move ball back with one touch and can we get out the other side?
All players moving and adjusting their angles of support as the ball moves with EVERY pass
