Counter attacking exercise. Goalkeeper roles the ball out to the first player who then attacks that goalkeeper and looks to score. When the ball goes dead a player from behind that goal and attacks 1 v 1 as the defender has to try and recover quickly. When the ball goes dead then it carries on and becomes a 2 v 1. This continues all the way up to a 3 v 3 situation. Both teams should get to have a go first and each player should get a turn at going first in the queue.

Small counter attacking game. 2 v 2 with 2 bounce players on the side. The bounce players are conditioned to two touch maximum. When a team scores the player who gets the goal must run round the goal before he can rejoin the play. His teammate will have to defend the counter attack. The goalkeeper who was scored against must get the ball out of his net and throw to one of the bounce players who now become the main players and they must attack quickly to try and score. The team who was scored against originally must go off and become one of the bounce players.

Warm up Moving Rondo:
Everytime a player plays a pass he must run to the oppositite grid quickly to support. This does not mean the players can't dribble. In this rondo the only objective is to keep the ball and move to the oppositve grid. If the best solution is to dribble or to stand still then that is what the players should do.
