ZONE (A)
Agility work, 3 minutes per drill ( 3 drills altogether ) 9 minute work 1 minute rest in between.
ZONE (B)
Ball related running, middle player is working, passing and recieveing, working hard for 2 minutes 1 minute rest
ZONE (C)
Endurance running, players start opposite corners by poles. they have to complete 2.5 laps in 90 seconds. 1 min rest go again. 2 circuits altogether.
Equipment:
(A) .. ladder, manequinnes/poles, end cone
4x hurdles, 2x cones (figure of 8) 1x big hurdle, end cone
4x poles (in and out) 3x hurdles, end cone
must sprint from mannequin/ hurdles to end cone, jog back. as many sets as possible in 3 minutes.
(B).. 3x balls
6x poles
3x players, 1 on each end 1 in middle (working),
middle man goes and recieves ball off end player, turns and passes to opposite end player,
then has to sprint around the player who he passes to and the player will roll the ball back in for middle man to pass to other end man and continue the cycle for 2 minutes .
then swap with end man and he goes.
(C).. 2x poles 2x cones ( opposite diagonally)
both groups starts between poles
sprint through the gates areas on the outside for 2 and a half laps in 90 seconds.
1 min rest and repeat cycle.
