Reds start with the ball (blues defending the penalty area)
they can go forward anywhere on the pitch, if they use the wing zone on 1 blue can go into the zone with the intension of the defence to keep its shape
the Red try to score in the large main goal while the blues try to stop them. if blues win the ball they can attack the 2 goals on the halfway line
if blues win the ball they can put the ball out of play and the drill starts again with reds.
points are scored if any team score a goal.

the game is played in 3 zones. If the ball is in the right side, all players must move into that zone or the middle one and if the ball is on the left hand side all player must move out of the right zone. if the ball is in the middle the players can still be in all the zone.
The is then one free player who is on the side of the team with the ball. The can go in all zones at all times.
teams can score in any of the goals opposite end to their starting position as a normal game.
If the ball goes out of the pitch the game starts again with a new ball.
