Instructions:
Make 2 lines
Start in the gates and go through opposite gates

Total of 4 x 2 minute blocks
Instructions:
1 plays to 2 ones ready and open (hip open)
2 recieves (forward) and plays to 3 (depends on variation)
3 recieves and starts on the opposite side
Players follow their ball, but will always need to start from the middle
Coaching Points:
- Style of run, run normally (while looking at the ball) towards outside cone and then open hip while facing the ball

- First touch inside
- Lay off, play third man
- Give and go

4 vs 4 + 2 targets
Instructions:
White plays toward Red target up top.
Blue plays towards Red target on the bottom.
Ones the target gets the ball the target (Red) will play with the opposing team.
Coaching Points:
- Technical execution
- Opposite movements
- Look to play forward
- Defend together
- Challenge each other, get each other ready for the game
Progressions:
- Non directional possession
- Limited touches
- Only play third man
