Organization:
1.- 20 x 30 yard area set up as shown
2.- 12 players (ball per player)
3.- Cones of different color
Instructions:
1.- Players have to dribble the ball through the gates, and then perform a turning movement to come back throught the same gate
2.- Players have to find different gates all the time, they can not go through the same gate twice in a row
3.- When time runs out, players must get back to the cave (center circle) as quick as possible .
4.- After some exercises, players must dribble the ball and perform the turning movement through as many gates as possible.
Coaching Points:
1.- Dribble the ball close to feet
2.- Drag the ball back with the sole of the foot
3.- Turn to the side of which foot is being used
4.- Take the ball away using the opposite foot
Progressions:
1.- Perform turning movement with different foot
2.- Perform a different turn
