Instructions:
Play two 5-minute halves. 1 pt per goal when you're attacking 2, 2 pts when you're attacking only one.

Instructions:
To score, box player must receive then pass to a teammate out another window. After a successful score switch box players.
Coaching Points:
-movement to escape defenders to check to ball
-find a good angle to play 1-2
-movement into space to receive a one touch pass from the box player
Progressions:
P-play to neutral end targets, 4v4 (1v1 in the box). To score, play from a target, to the box, to a target (it can be the same one or the opposite one)
R-only 1 neutral player (or coach) in the box

Set up as shown, 20 x 25 channel. 8x8 box in the middle. Minimum 6 players, two at each blue cone with a ball, two in the yellow box.
Instructions:

Two players in the yellow box switch direction for each pass (they will need to get the timing right), so there is checking to each side.
