Set up
12x15 grid, team split into groups of 5
Instruction
Attacking team must move the ball across the grid finishing with a pass to the outside player for a point.'
If the defenders win the ball they play a pass to their team mate on the side to bring her into play, ball is played to an end player and play restarts with the attack now 5v3.
The extra defender drops out of play if the attackers score a point.

Set up
30x50area with full size goal, engagement line 20 yds from goal
Instruction
Red and blue attack 6v4 beyond the engagement line leaving one player each outside the zone.
All shots taken from outside the 6, rebounds can be played inside the 6. Attacking players are alloed 3 touch maximum and must complete a minimum of 3 passes before shooting, with at least one pass back out of the zone. Yellow may send one player outside the Zone to challenge.
Upon winning the ball yellow must play it to their keeper and build out while the attacking team drops to the line of engagement.
Rotation
Play for 6 minutes and switch defenders out.
