-Centre Back steps forward with the Ball
-ST checks to receive

-ST lays off to either FB or CM

-FB and CM have Opposition Markers
-When Centre Back steps forward with the Ball, one fo the two markers will leave their player to close the Centre Back down
-Centre Back has two choices:
1 - Play to ST's feet who then lays off to the Free Player (who's marker has closed CB down)
2 - Play direct to Free Player

Pattern 1 - Closed Down Immediately:
-FB receives pass from CB
-FB is closed down immediately by an opposition player
-CM and ST both Check to offer a passing option
-FB plays into either player and moves forward past the opposition player for the return pass
-Timing is Crucial

Pattern 2 - Not Closed Down - Need to Carry:
-FB receives a pass from CB
-FB is not closed down so needs to draw in the opposition player
-FB dribbles towards the opponent
-CM and ST check to offer a passing option
-When opponent commits and closes down then FB plays pass to either CM/ST and moves forward for the return pass
