Objective: Build 1v1 shielding skills under continous
Area: Quarter of indoor field at Campton arena 10x10 squares
Activity: Play rounds of 60 seconds to 90 seconds. Idea is to keep possession of the ball against 2 players.
Coaching Points: using body, body shape, balance, head up, check shoulders,
body between ball and opponent, ball on foot farthest from body, be strong on the ball, use shoulders to ward off defenders

Objective: Build 1v1 shielding skills under continous
Area: Quarter of indoor field at Campton arena 12x18 squares
Activity: Red and Navy attacks and try to keep ball. If red gives the ball away, then they defend against gold and navy. If navy loses the ball, then they defend against the red and gold. Play 3-4 minute rounds with team that is the middle the most doing extra training
Coaching Points: using body, body shape, balance, head up, check shoulders,
body between ball and opponent, ball on foot farthest from body, be strong on the ball, use shoulders to ward off defenders, movement off the ball, appropriate supporting angles, accurate and correctly weighted passes

Objective: Keep ball from other team in SSG especially in 1v1 battles
Area: Quarter of indoor field at Campton arena
Activity: Play to games of 5. Losing teams have extra training.
