Instructions:
1. Coach plays weak pass for defending space to opposite GK
GK to recover to 6-8 yards out
2. Opposite GK passes to server 1 who sets back to coach who then plays to feet of either attacker to combine or spin off to create 1v1 or through ball moment
3. Strikers can also spin off and make runs in behind for through ball
4. If GK wins the ball they trigger counter moment with quick distribution to opposite GK for full live moment to goal

Instructions:
1. Oppsite GK plays weak pass for defending space back to opposite GK
GK to recover to 6-8 yards out
2. Opposite GK passes to any attacking player for through ball or ball to feet for in possession entry into goal zone for 1v1
3. Strikers can also spin off and make runs in behind for through ball
4. If GK wins possession of the ball then counter to coach who sets to any attacker to go 1v1 with opposite GK. Play until ball is out of play

Back set from central GK - serve to bubble
Move into left gate and set then recover back to middle for volley
Roll back then into opposite gate for free ball and smother
P - After Set in left gate, back for low dive then recover straight into smother.
