Key Factors: continue unopposed passing but with one ball between 6 players. Passing moves between the two triangles. Opportunity to introduce mechanics of passing.
Organisation: passing within each group of six, initially following the directions on grid and then allowing players decision making opportunity to change direction and to make their own decision about who to pass to and how many touches to take. Encourage creativity within passing.
Introduce competition between the two squads with the challenge to be the first team to make 18 completed passes.

Key Factors: passing to create overloads to create scoring opportunities.
Organisation: Wave attacks (3v2). Blues start as attackers. Keeper starts and passes ball to a blue player on the edge. At this point the blue player on opposite edge becomes active and creates 3v2. Attackers work overload to create scoring opportunity. Once attack is completed red defenders become attackers (untilising edge red edge players in the same way) and blue players behind their goal become active defenders. Cycle repeats.
Add regression by allowing both edge players to become attackers (creating a 4v2).

Passing in triangles 1
Key Factors: focusing on passing technique. Encourage players to move the ball quickly within the triangle with emphasis on changes of direction and communication.
Organisation: bib 12 players into two teams. Place players into 4 lots of triangles with one ball between them. Initial focus is to pass between players within each triangle and to use the opportunity to start to introduce mechanics of passing. Challenge players to control the ball and move it quickly, to change direction of pass within the triangle, use both feet and different surfaces of the foot. Encourage the players to use both verbal and non-verbal communication.
