Organisation
Sequence:
-Player A activates ball and passes to player B (who receives on his/her backfoot)
-Player B passes to C and makes a movement to support the player C
-PLayer B and C combine for a WALL PASS
-PLayer C dribbles to the end of the line.
EACH PLAYER FOLLOWS THEIR PASS TO THE NEXT PYLON

-Player A long pass to C (A slight movement to support C)
-Player C to A

Organisation
-In a 20 x 20 area teams play 4 v 4 to corner targets. (add neutral players if necessary
-1 point is scored for each successful pass played to the target player. The corner target then dribbles in and looks to combine with teammates to attack the opposite corner.
Methodical development:(if necessary)
-limit touches
-teams must make x amount of passes prior to passing to target player
Coaching Points
-Dispersal/width: Get BIG when your team has the ball! Stretch the field..
-Depth/Support: The player on the ball has support within 360 degress.
-Movement/mobility: move to receive
-Penetration: Can you pass around or between players to eliminate them from being goal-side of the ball

Y passing 1 (10 mins)
Organisation:
-Discs are placed approx. 10 yds apart from one another for a max 20 yds in length and 10 yds in width for the Y. Set up 2 of these in your training space if necessary with them facing opposite directions.
Sequence:
-Player A activates ball and passes to player B (who receives on his/her back foot)
-Player B to C,
-Player C dribbles to the end of the line.
-EACH PLAYER FOLLOWS THEIR PASS TO THE NEXT PYLON
-The activity continues immediately with D passing to E who receives and passes in the opposite direction to player F.
Please perform the following:
(a) receive with inside of left foot and pass with right foot (5 min) (see above image)
(b) receive with inside of right foot and pass with inside of left foot(player must check in opposite direction) (5 min)
Coaching Points:
-"Opposite movement" of player receiving the ball - (check away)
-communication - verbal & visual(eye contact)
-arrive/receive side on - receive on backfoot
-first touch in the direction of your target
-"check your shoulder" - is there time and space to turn?
-accurate and proper speed of pass
